Job Description
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic vision for facade design projects within the design department, aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in facade design processes.
2. Project Management: Lead and manage multiple facade design projects simultaneously, from conceptualization to completion. Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients to ensure project success.
3.Design Leadership: Provide creative direction and guidance to design teams, including architects, engineers, and designers, to develop high-quality facade designs that are innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective. Ensure designs align with client expectations and project goals.
