Job Description
- Identify any documentation errors or omissions & engage in a collaborative manner with hangar Management, Engineers & Mechanics to address & resolve the identified issues;
- Provide coaching and guidance relating to the correction of maintenance activities & documentation discrepancies;
- Collect non-compliance data, carry out trend monitoring, basic analysis, & report generation;
- Provide weekly summary report to the Vice President;
- Produce monthly performance summary& presentation;
- Maintain a high level of working proficiency in applicable Part 145 regulations & JORAMCO IPM/MOE;
- Identify areas for improvement in IPM/MOE;
- Perform any other roles & responsibilities within the scope of his / her specialization as assigned by the direct manager;
- Adhere to company &department-approved systems, policies, & procedures in performing his duties;
- Participate in environmental protection programs (energy & water saving, waste segregation,) & notify of any environmental- related non-conformities.
