Job Description

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field. Preferably a higher degree such as a Master's in Business Administration or Operations Management.

Language skills: Proficiency in the local language, and proficiency in English may be required to understand reports and international communication if necessary.

Technical skills: Experience managing cluster operations or similar industries, ability to analyze data and improve processes, knowledge of quality and safety management systems.

Leadership skills: effective leadership and team management abilities, ability to negotiate and solve problems, ability to make strategic decisions.

Organizational skills: Ability to manage time and resources effectively, organize production and daily operations well, develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
