Leasing Advisor Assistant Manager

As the Leasing Advisor, Assistant Manager within the Design and Development Department, you will play a key role in supporting the leasing activities for commercial properties developed by the organization. Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you will assist in all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing and tenant relations to lease negotiations and contract management. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a keen understanding of the commercial real estate market.
