Issuance of Purchase order with respect to quotation

Price Negotiation & comparison of multiple quotations with delivery date

Ensure of materials are to be received as per the schedule On time

Getting the samples from the supplier as per the requirement

Physical Inventory checking physically with system data

6

Freight /Courier booking for domestic & International shipments

Prepare the dispatch plan of finished goods with actual delivery

Prepare the draft invoice and packing list for Domestic & Export dispatch

Packing of finished materials as per the packing breakdown

Maintain the stock management data for warehouse and FG

Prepare Department Required Documents.

Develops a purchasing strategy

Reviews and processes purchase orders.

Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers.

Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.

Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts.

18

Evaluates vendors based on quality timeliness and price.

19

Coordinates with follow managers to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.
