Job Description
To collaborate closely with Business stakeholders in shaping business needs.
Support the business owner in determining the business impact and value/benefit of the change. Arriving at the relative priority for each change.
Create meaningful measurable user journeys by collaborating with user experience specialists and business analysts.
Engage with the end users in validating the solution & experience and document their feedback for further refining.
Plan the implementation process and support the business team in the rollout and adoption of the change.
Maintain a healthy backlog of capabilities that need to be part of the product for future releases.
