Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Education: Educate customers about our products and services helping them make the most of what we offer.
  • Feedback Management: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to drive continuous improvement in our services.
  • Documentation: Accurately record and document customer interactions and resolutions for future reference.

Youll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • C1 level of English
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering topnotch service.
