Role description
This is a full time on-site role for a Tech Support position at Baby Life. The technical support team is responsible for providing assistance and resolving technical issues to customers. Daily tasks include troubleshooting problems, providing high-quality customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical clients.
qualifications
Adding and modifying clients of Cash Fat representatives
Making approvals and discounts for customers
Follow up on the visits of all company representatives to all departments
Follow up on sales representative violations and send the necessary reports to the department official
Open coordinates and tours for delegates
Providing technical support for Manaseer cards
Modifying delegates' tours for all departments
Modified load stands for delegates
