PowerPoint specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented PowerPoint Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market research methodologies and be proficient in creating visually compelling and informative PowerPoint presentations. This role requires the ability to interpret complex data and transform it into clear concise and visually appealing reports for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Presentation Development:
  
• Design and create highquality PowerPoint presentations based on market research data.
  
• Develop custom templates layouts and graphics that adhere to brand guidelines.
  
• Translate complex data and information into clear and visually appealing slides.
  
• Data Interpretation and Visualization:
  
• Create charts graphs and other visual aids to effectively communicate research findings.
  
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data visualizations.
  
• Collaboration and Communication:
  
• Work closely with the team to understand data findings and context.
  
• Collaborate with marketing product development and other departments to meet their data visualization needs.
  
• Present drafts and incorporate feedback to refine and improve presentations.
  
• Content Creation and Editing:
  
• Create and edit multimedia content including charts graphs images and videos to enhance presentations.
  
• Ensure all content is accurate uptodate and aligned with the company s messaging and branding.
  
• Proofread and edit presentations to ensure clarity consistency and professionalism.
  
• Quality Assurance:
  
• Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all presentations.
  
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and PowerPoint features to continuously improve presentation quality.
  
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of presentation templates and assets.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
• Bachelor s degree in graphic design Communications Marketing Business or a related field.
  
• Experience:
  
• Proven experience as a PowerPoint Specialist Presentation Designer or similar role.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in PowerPoint design and visual storytelling.
  
• Experience in market research or a related field is highly desirable.

• Exceptional design and layout skills with a strong eye for detail.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
