ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Oversee daily cash receipts and maintain cash flow control.
  
• Manage billing A/R A/P and collections.
  
• Handle monthly depreciation and assist with asset procurement.
  
• Collaborate on company investments with our financial planner.
  
• Ensure timely bill and credit card payments.
  
• Oversee the general ledger system and prepare financial statements.
  
• Coordinate monthend closing for all companies.
  
• Assist with the annual budgeting process.
  
• Manage the monthly allocation of shared resources.
  
• Conduct financial and industry data analysis.
  
• Provide excellent service to clients and team members.
  

• Meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Quickly learn and adapt to industryspecific programs.
  
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  
• Skilled in organizing and managing multiple tasks.
  
• Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
  

• Bachelor s degree in accounting finance or related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years financial reporting/accounting experience.
  
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  
• Prior treasury experience preferred.
  
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  
• Access to reliable transportation.
  
• Ability to pass a background check and preemployment screenings.
