Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibility

• Lead and manage a team to increase lead generation brand awareness and customer education across SEA region.

• Overall growth strategies for performance marketing including but not limited to Google Facebook TikTok and retargeting channels. Devise performance marketing strategies that synergize with business goals.

• Managing the performance marketing budget to achieve growth targets.

• Empower creative ideas and innovations within Performance marketing channels.

• Collaborating with creative campaign and analytics to enhance channel performance.

• Making strategic decisions to prioritize key focus areas for effective outcomes.

• Analyzing data to gain insights and propose effective solutions.

• Coaching and growing the performance marketing team to meet company needs and support growth.

Requirements

• Proficient in English

• Proficiency in Google Adwords GDN and Facebook paid ads is a MUST.

• Analytical skills

• Data driven.

• Ability to think outside the box

• Great interpersonal and communication skills

• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in B2B industries a plus
