About the Company

Our client is a wellestablished public listed property developer that also diversified into other complementary businesses and joint ventures.

Job Responsibilities

• To assist/prepare monthly group consolidation accounts
• To assist/prepare quarterly Group report for Bursa announcement
• To assist/prepare annual audited Group financial report and Annual Report to comply with the latest MFRS standards and Bursa Listing requirement
• To assist/prepare variance analysis for financial performance on Group basis
• To assist/prepare on annual/semiannual budgeting
• Responsible for intercompany reconciliation on monthly basis
• Liaise with external auditors at group level and liaison with subsidiaries / associates on queries raised by auditor during audit planning stage
• To manage proper filing and documentation works.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 45 years of relevant working experience preferably in property development.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English is required).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Attention to details.
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery result.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all level of personnel.
