Our client is a wellestablished public listed property developer that also diversified into other complementary businesses and joint ventures.
Job Responsibilities
- To coordinate cost and contracts related matters with Consultants and Contractors along the way of project development planning and executing of construction works
- To source for new supplier/contractor and carry out PreQualification process.
- To regularly maintain the latest / updated Supply Master List.
- To call quotations/tenders and prepare tender evaluation reports for approval.
- To source for various building materials and construction methods to enhance the quality of works by reducing construction costs.
- To coordinate the Request For Variation (RFV) for proper justification and to ensure reasonable costing.
- To prepare monthly interim payments to suppliers and contractors throughout the whole contract period including closing of final accounts.
- To attend project and site meetings
- All other works which related to cost and contracts.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree in related discipline preferably in Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management / Civil Engineering or Property Management with a minimum 2 years working experience in Property & Construction Industry.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal (English is a must and able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledgeable in Cost Estimates and Construction Contracts.
- Strong analytical skill.
