Who Were Looking For:

• Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
• Excellent communication skills with strong active listening and engagement.
• Confident adaptable and empathetic.
• Pleasant and positive attitude.
• Technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
• Selfsufficient and confident in troubleshooting customer issues.
• iPhone users preferred (experience with iPhones a plus)
