Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Domestic Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will play a crucial role in identifying attracting and hiring top technical talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offering negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to finding the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source screen and shortlist candidates for various technical roles.
- Utilize various recruiting methods including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Offer Management:
- Negotiate job offers with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Conduct reference checks and handle any preemployment requirements.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor hiring strategies and salary benchmarks.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements - Experience:
- 24 years of experience in technical recruiting preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to evaluate technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
