Requirements:

• Availability:
  Must be available to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Tallahassee FL (required)
• Experience:
  • 7 years with large and complex database management systems
  • 35 years with data architecture largescale data modeling database design and business requirements analysis
  • Technical leadership abilities in data architecture
• Skills:
  • Coaching/mentoring experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of best practices in data modeling techniques including various normalization dimensional modeling and their appropriate usage in various solutions
• Experience in largescale enterprise and data warehouse initiatives involving multiple departments
• Proficiency with data visualization data migration and data modeling
• Experience with relational database management systems DBMS software including SQL Server
• Familiarity with machine learning predictive modeling and natural language processing
• Proficiency with data mining and modeling tools predictive analytics data visualization and unstructured data
• Experience with database and cloud computing design architectures and data lakes
• Ability to transfer and mentor skills and communicate technical documentation effectively

Responsibilities:

• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality innovative and functional design
• Collaborate with IT teams and management to devise a data strategy that addresses industry requirements
• Build an inventory of data needed to implement the architecture
• Research new opportunities for data acquisition
• Identify and evaluate current data management technologies
• Create a fluid endtoend vision for how data flows through an organization
• Develop data models for database structures
