Title: Client Technologies Analyst (Hybrid)

MustHave Skills:

• Experience in the USA: 7 years
• Workspace ONE UEM: 2 years
• Google Workspace: 2 years
• Tier 2 Support: 2 years
• Software Updates Maintenance and Deployment: Up to 5 years
• Mobile Device Management: Managing iOS and Android devices

Preferred Skills:

• Governmental or Criminal Justice Experience
• TCP/IP Protocols
• VoIP Phone Support
• VPN Client Support

Responsibilities:

• Develop maintain and enforce mobile device security and policy.
• Provide Tier 2 support for mobile devices (phones tablets etc.).
• Assist with analysis testing and deployment of devices applications and updates.
• Expertise in Workspace ONE UEM Google Workspace and MDM policy management.
• Configure mobile devices to comply with client policies.
• Establish efficient processes for mobile device management including provisioning and deprovisioning.

Requirements:

• Workspace ONE UEM and Google Workspace: 2 years
• Tier 2 Support: 2 years
• Experience maintaining and deploying software updates
• Managing iOS and Android devices with an MDM solution

Preferred Experience:

• Troubleshooting computer and peripheral problems
• TCP/IP Protocols
• 3270 Emulation Software
• Installing and repairing hardware
• Imaging Software for desktop deployment
• VoIP phone support and VPN client support
• Criminal justice agency experience
