Senior Structural Engineer

Job Summary:

1. Reviewing the work of subordinates and providing necessary feedback
2. Training junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
3. Troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth workflow
4. Ensuring quality control of model and analysis reports
5. Possess a BTech degree in Civil Structural Mechanical or Naval Architecture
6. Experience in basic design of vessels including various assessments and checks
7. Expertise in analysis of different types of foundations and structures
8. Proficiency in vibration analysis for designing engine/thruster foundation
9. Ability to design various types of connections
10. Indepth knowledge of motion characteristics and stability of floating structures
11. Proficient in designing piles spuds helideck and boat landing platform
12. Strong understanding of Class Rules Codes including AISC API
13. Skilled in detailed engineering
14. Capability to lead and train a team of young engineers
15. Proficiency in using FEMAP Staad Pro SACS
16. Ability to develop inhouse technical sheets using MATHCAD Excel macros
17. Excellent attention to detail along with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
