We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the need for the Strategy and Operations Lead which covers our full audience ecosystem from both the Commercial (B2B) and Consumer/Retail (B2C) sides of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic planning operational efficiency and performance measurement within the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency reduce costs and enhance the overall performance of the sales enablement team.
- Track and analyze performance data to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make datadriven decisions.
- Facilitate collaboration between the sales enablement team and other departments ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization.
- Manage specific projects or initiatives within the sales enablement team ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure content alignment and consistency across commercial and consumer channels by collaborating with crossfunctional teams analyzing performance data and implementing strategies to optimize for quality and efficiency.
- Align sales enablement initiatives with overall Global Sales objectives to ensure key projects support revenue growth.
- Lead team document organization by establishing and maintaining clear file structures and version control to facilitate efficient collaboration and information sharing across the sales enablement team.
Skills:
- 13 years of program management experience.
- Proven experience in a strategic planning or operations role preferably within a sales or sales enablement team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.
- Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies as well as sales enablement tools and technologies.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
