Expert level on Salesforce financial as a BA and all its components

Experienced Business Analyst

Working knowledge of Sharepoint on line & Teams

Experienced with M365 application suite especially PowerPoint and Excel
Have a sense of design and aesthetics (For creating comms onepagers and updating SharePoint site)

Question existing processes
Maintain ideas/development backlog

Document business requirements in Confluence

Develop and maintain metrics tracking to show adoption of system releases

Document user stories

Work with dev teams to do cost/benefit analysis

Coordinate with testing teams against Jiras

Handover to support activities
