LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINESBASED CANDIDATES

Position : Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper
Working Hours : Pacific Time (Flexible)
Salary Range : $800 $1500 USD month

With over 15 years experience in the industry they have done it all from full heritage home renovations to custom kitchens bespoke bar rooms and hidden wine cellars. The company offers services all along the Sunshine Coast covering all areas between Gibsons to Earls Cove including Roberts Creek Sechelt West Sechelt Halfmoon Bay Madeira Park and Garden Bay.

Overview of the position

We are seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role encompasses administrative support and bookkeeping responsibilities requiring a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail. As our Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper you will be instrumental in coordinating project updates managing client communications conducting research handling bookkeeping tasks with QuickBooks and providing general administrative assistance including email management and scheduling. This position offers flexibility in work hours and an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project updates and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Manage client communications professionally and promptly.
  • Conduct basic research to support project and client needs.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with daily email management and organization.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently including for specific individuals.
  • Organize and maintain Gmail correspondence and folders effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 23 years of experience in bookkeeping and assistant work.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail Calendar Drive) preferred.
  • Experience in project coordination or similar roles is a plus.
