We are supporting a compay which is a renowned cooperative in the music industry. With over 30000 members including composers lyricists and music publishers they ensure that music can be publicly used and that music creators are fairly compensated.
For their dynamic joint venture with a prestigious American rights management organization we are seeking an independent and proactive HR person. This newly created position offers a diverse range of responsibilities with significant autonomy.
Tasks
- Manage the entire recruitment process independently
- Maintain and develop HR tools
- Advise and support employees and supervisors on all HR matters
- Optimize personnel processes and actively participate in projects
- Independently handle personnel administration from entry to exit
- Calculate and analyze HR metrics including forecasts
- Prepare payroll in collaboration with an external provider
- Control and record monthly payroll payments and reconcile accounts
- Liaise with external bodies (authorities insurers etc.)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Commercial or business administration education ideally with further HR training at the certification levelIndepth knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law
- Highly independent working style
- Fluent in German and English is a must
- Motivation to build a new HR department
- High service orientation and excellent communication skills
