Job description:
As a remote desktop support engineer support to our business operations. You will leverage your expertise in Desktop SupportRemote to ensure seamless integration and functionality of geospatial tools and systems. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance data accuracy and drive strategic decisionmaking. 3.Experience: 3to7Yrs 4.Required Skills : Desktop Support.

Role & Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of geospatial analysis projects to support business operations.
Oversee the integration of geospatial tools with existing systems to ensure seamless functionality.
Provide advanced geospatial analysis to enhance data accuracy and support strategic decisionmaking.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address geospatial data needs.
Develop and maintain geospatial databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Conduct remote desktop support to troubleshoot and resolve geospatial tool issues.
Responds to client inquiries.
Provides technical support to users.
Troubleshoots hardware and software issues.
Provides instructions or directly sets up desktop hardware assists with installation of computer software and operating system updates.
Records logs of rendered support.
