OfficerSenior Officer Finance Operations

• Performing a comprehensive range of financial operational tasks with a focus on accounts receivable reconciliations
  
• Collaborating with the team to ensure all accounting and finance reporting deadlines are met
  
• Analyzing financial transactions and coordinating actions with the claims underwriting and operations teams
  
• Supporting the implementation of finance projects including the new accounting system
  
• Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements in finance and business operation systems
  
• Liaising with auditors governmental departments and other external bodies as needed
  
• Carrying out ad hoc tasks and other duties assigned by the manager
  
• Reviewing financial data and preparing monthly quarterly and annual reports
  

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance preferred
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance operation from insurance industry
  
• Candidate with lesser years of experience is also encourage to apply as we are open to consider junior level role as well
  
• Good knowledge of insurance accounting standards. Experience in Oracle would be an advantage
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work and communicate effectively with different departments
  
• Integrity honesty understanding of data privacy standard
  
• Proficient with MS Excel Word and PowerPoint
  
• Proactive resilient a selfstarter and critical thinker
  
• Fluent in oral and written English. Conversational in Cantonese is highly preferred
