We are looking for an experienced Senior Integration Consultant to join a large Government Department.

Requirements

Key duties may include but are not limited to:

a) Collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.

b) Negotiate engage and manage relationships with other agencies and service providers to build service delivery capability.

c) Design installation and operation of the ICT system instance landscape client and transport processes.

d) Provide broad technical support for project build test and solution deployment activities.

e) Proactively share knowledge and expertise as the subject matter expert and assist and mentor less experienced colleagues.

f) Support and undertake the regular maintenance of patches and support packages for all technical layers.

g) Prepare a range of technical documentation and reports. review and advise on a range of infrastructure solutions including technical design documentation implementation plans test plans and support procedures.

h) Responsible for the delivery of optimal solutions that aligns with the current infrastructure and technology platforms.

i) Resolve sensitive and/or escalated customer and stakeholder issues that adversely impact on policy performance and/or customer service including disaster/emergency situations.

Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools required for role include:

Data Power API Connect

Mandatory Criteria

(a) A high level of demonstrated experience in Data Power and API Connect technology and its use in a complex ICT environment.

(b) Minimum of 3 years experience working with integration technologies (REST APIs/Web Services/File Transfer).

(c) Experience working with system administration and automation technologies (DevOps techniques CI/CD scripts Python/Bash scripting JavaScript J2EE JSON Linux server fundamentals).

Weighted Criteria

(a) Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following systems: Data Power API Connect Java JSON JavaScript Python DB2 SQL WebSphere Unix and their use in a complex ICT environment.

(b) Experience in working with OpenShift/OpenStack technologies.

(c) Demonstrated experience in a serviceoriented environment including design and operational support.

(d) A high degree of organizational and time management skills including demonstrated ability to meet priorities and work to tight deadlines.

(e) Work independently and escalate issues/risks in a timely manner.

Demonstrated experience implementing secure web based business solutions, specifically: experience developing web APIs using Azure API Manager and customer facing web portal development using .NET Framework (including .NET Core) and ASP.NET Experience developing single-page web applications using either Angular 7+ or React Demonstrated experience in Azure based solution implementation, including: Azure technologies, such as: Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL and Azure Service Bus and Azure API Manager Azure DevOps and Visual Studio for code development, management, repositories and deployments (CI/CD) integrating custom built apps with third-party systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
