Salesforce Consultant

Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc is a leading consulting firm based in Metro Manila Philippines. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our dynamic team on a fulltime permanent basis.

As a Salesforce Consultant you will provide expert guidance and support to our clients in implementing customizing and optimizing Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct indepth analysis of client business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for Salesforce implementation and optimization

Design and implement Salesforce solutions including customizations configurations and integrations to meet client needs

Provide expert guidance and support to clients on Salesforce best practices and solutions

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers project managers and business analysts to deliver highquality solutions

Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features updates and trends to provide cuttingedge solutions to clients

Participate in presales activities including solution demonstrations and proposal development to support business development efforts

Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce products and services and provide thought leadership to the team and clients

Document project requirements processes and outcomes to ensure effective knowledge sharing and project success

Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce implementation and support services.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role

Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) is preferred

Proven experience in Salesforce implementation customization and optimization

Strong knowledge of Salesforce products features and best practices

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Apex Visualforce and other development tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Ability to work independently and in a team environment managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
