Requirements

*Proven experience in community management developer relations tech focus communities or a similar role

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and inspire a diverse community

*Experience in content creation and digital marketing/ Experience in Product Marketing Management (PMM)

*Ability to understand complex product environments and express them in clear humanfriendly language

*Ability to analyze data and derive insights for strategic planning

*Selfstarter with strong organizational and project management skills

*High tolerance for ambiguity fast learner and ability to adapt with speed to new situations

Tasks & Responsibilities

*Develop and implement strategies to build and grow an engaged developer community including a channel strategy to foster a collaborative environment where members can share learn and connect

*Organize and participate in digital and inperson community events webinars forums and social media platforms to facilitate discussions and share knowledge

*Act as a liaison between the community and our product teams gathering feedback and insights to drive continuous product improvement

*Analyze community feedback to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement and advocate for community needs and contribute to product roadmap discussions

*Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with broader marketing goals

*Monitor and report on community engagement and growth metrics
