This position offers an exciting opportunity to significantly shape product development in an innovative and dynamic work environment. As an experienced Product Owner or Product Manager you will define the longterm product vision and ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our users. Working closely with crossfunctional teams you will drive product strategy and make datadriven decisions to further our success.

Tasks

• Define and communicate the longterm product vision strategy and roadmap in collaboration with executive stakeholders
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog ensuring it reflects user needs business priorities and technical feasibility
• Gather and analyze customer feedback market data and industry trends to inform product decisions and drive innovation
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development teams efforts
• Collaborate with the team to plan and prioritize work for each sprint ensuring efficient delivery
• Monitor key performance indicators and use datadriven insights to measure success and identify areas for optimization

Requirements

• 6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong proficiency with Python 3.9 Django Rest Framework and SQL
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable REST APIs and work with relational databases
• Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively liaise with crossfunctional teams
• Strategic thinking with a customercentric mindset and a track record of driving product success
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
• Experience with popular Python libraries like rq gunicorn mock and pytest
• Basic DevOps skills bash shell
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and large data set ingestion techniques
• Proficient with code versioning tools like Git
• Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken
• German B2 level
