Founders Associate - Cyber InsurTech mfd

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Founders Associate (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies. The key task will be to drive growth through insightful analyses and strategic planning across product categories distribution channels and international expansion efforts.

In your day to day work youll collaborate closely with the management team to prioritise and plan growth initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Join our portfolio company: A German InsurTech company focused on protecting businesses from cyber threats. The startup offers a unique combination of insurance and cyber protection.

In this role youll:

• Driven by strong business acumen; uncover new growth opportunities across new product categories distribution channels and internationalisation initiatives through indepth quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Liaise with the core management and founding team members to contribute to the definition prioritisation and planning of key growth initiatives within a fastpaced environment
• Develop strategic partnership opportunities together with external insurance & distribution partners including requirement definitions business case development and commercial negotiations
• Own strategic and complex multistakeholder projects to drive successful launches on time vi. effective project management
• Support the CEO and Head of Strategy & Operations on investor relations board management and fundraising topics

Your Profile

• Initial work experience in one of the following: highgrowth startup (generalist / founders associate) toptier management consultancy venture capital or private equity
• Strong strategic & analytical thinking with highly advanced skills in Excel
• Experience in managing crossfunctional multistakeholder projects as well as convincing communication and presentation skills for various seniorities
• Independent handson mentality with the ability to anticipate and address potential roadblocks proactively and earlyon
• Experience in financial modeling is a plus
• Excellent language proficiency in German and English
• A successfully completed Bachelors and/or Masters degree

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berliner office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
