Job Description

ROLE 1: SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate potential leads through various channels including online bidding platforms marketplaces social media and networking events.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and potential clients in the IT industry. Identify and track tech events globally that could provide networking and business opportunities.

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals presentations and sales materials. Support the senior sales team in closing deals.

  • Efficiently pull manage and analyze bulk data or directories to support lead generation and market research efforts.

  • Maintain and update CRM software with client interactions lead status and sales pipeline.

  • Ensure timely followup with potential clients and maintain a consistent flow of communication.

  • Write compelling content for client emails blogs and social media posts to engage and attract potential clients.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities lead status and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing MCA M.Tech or related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.

ROLE 2: DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and updating the company's social media profiles (Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram etc.).

  • Help create compelling and engaging content for social media blogs and other digital channels.

  • Assist in developing visual content such as graphics videos and infographics.

  • Collaborate with the design team to produce creative assets.

  • Support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis.

  • Assist in managing paid search campaigns.

  • Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.

  • Track and analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics.

  • Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for growth.


Nice to Have:

  • Schedule and publish engaging posts on social media platforms.

  • Monitor social media channels for trends feedback and queries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of SEO tools is an advantage.
