Requirements
Preferably a graduate in Economics Statistics Mathematics or Engineering from a university.
13 years of experience in CRM systems
Preferably experienced with ZOHO.
Analytical mindset and mathematical aptitude.
Proficient in English (reading writing and especially speaking).
Experience in process improvement and process development.
Proactive approach with the ability to analyse and solve problems effective planning organizational analysis and reporting skills.
Open to learning and development.
Strong followup and coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
Managing daily tasks and operations through CRM software.
Providing support for team collaboration in managing the companys CRM strategy.
Actively participating in the review and improvement of all customer experience processes.
Taking an active role in departmental digitalization projects.
Analyzing departmental needs and developing strategies to meet them.
Conducting efforts to enhance and safeguard data quality.
Exhibiting a dynamic disciplined collaborative and teamworkoriented approach.
