Looking for Director of Monitoring Evaluation and Learning in Madagascar
Qualifications:
- A Master s degree or higher in statistics evaluation public health international development social sciences or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience working in MEL on public health programs in subSaharan Africa or other resourcelimited settings.
- Documented handson practical experience setting up and managing MEL systems for health programs in developing countries including data quality assurance.
- Demonstrated expertise in rigorous quantitative and qualitative research; familiarity with market data and measurement of total market approaches preferred.
- Proven ability to produce professional quality Englishlanguage documents such as progress reports case studies and research protocols.
- Full professional proficiency in English and French required.
