Client Overview: We are hiring on behalf of a leading technology company in the Azure Health division. This team focuses on using AI to predict prevent and detect outages with the goal of improving service quality for Azure customers.

Role Summary: As a MidLevel Content Writer you will play a crucial role in standardizing and streamlining documentation processes. Your work will contribute to making technical materials more cohesive and accessible ensuring clear communication of new features and supporting internal systems.

4. What are the key responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

Organize and complete writing assignments according to established standards for clarity conciseness and style.

Maintain accurate records and files of work and revisions.

Collaborate with clients to determine subject material and establish technical specifications.

Publish and document new features and updates.

Document and support internal systems through comprehensive documentation.

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success

MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science or English journalism communications or equivalent work experience.

12 years of experience in creating documentation for a technical audience.

Excellent writing editing and communication skills.

Ability to read and understand programming code.

Critical thinking and problemsolving skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Some background (not extensive or fancy) in AI or Machine Learning (ML).
