About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our restoration team in Houston Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of reconstruction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction scheduling permit management subcontractor and vendor relations with a strong preference for those familiar with the restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project scheduling ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.

Manage permit acquisition processes ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are secured.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.

Monitor project progress address any issues that arise and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Collaborate closely with project managers site supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Maintain detailed project documentation including schedules permits contracts and progress reports.

Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on project goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction or remodeling industry.

Strong knowledge of scheduling permits subcontractor and vendor management.

Experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
