Job Description
To support the Group Chief Financial Officer and Head of FPA in the area of financial planning and analysis with the ongoing restructuring of the Group s Finance function.
Responsible to/Report to: Head of FPA
Key Responsibilities:
To assist and support the Head of FPA on the following:
- Relook / Revamp Monthly Performance Reporting.
- Drive Value Creation agenda i.e. identify value creators and value destroyers.
- Drive Budgeting Forecasting and Strategic Planning process across the Group.
- Standardize templates & drive automation.
- Monitor KPI performance.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Professional qualification ACCA/CPA and a member of MIA / CIMA / MICPA.
- Preferably 5 years of working experience in financial / accounting or relevant fields.
- Strong financial analysis communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and observe confidentiality.
