About Client:

Our client is manufacturing Fuel Injection Equipment for Cars Sports Utility and Multi Utility Vehicles Light Commercial Vehicles Tractors Single & Two Cylinder engines. It is the largest automotive supplier in the world and The company has a track record of sustained growth since it was set up.

Location: Mannur Tiruvallur

Experience: 3 6Years (10 Years for Diploma)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Organising and managing tests to characterize the fuel injection system and supporting the customer in their work (Including testing in hydraulic rig engine dynamometer and vehicle based calibration of all relevant features
• Assure quality of calibration process by developing and maintaining robust demonstration process and documentation
• Follow rigorous and robust sign off procedures for the features calibration and validation
• Aid with presentations to team and customer
• Interaction with internal teams on all development related activities and closure of open points of discussion constantly indicate to customer about completing the pending activities
• Maintain TGR / TGW file for the project
• Plan and Reports of climatic trials
• Involve with product CPEs for BorgWarner reviews
• Involve with product CPEs for validation updates
• Application task list preparation and maintenance

• Needs to have a broad understanding of electrical mechanical and control systems
