Qualification: UG / Graduate Diploma / BE electrical Electronics E&TC Instrumentation

Experience: 57 years

Technical Skill required:

1. PLC automation & programming HMI and VFDs programming and troubleshooting of Siemens Mitsubishi & FANUC make models / series.
2. Good understanding of different types of sensors contactors relay timers counters etc.
3. Hands on experience in electrical circuits CNC and PLC systems.
4. Good understanding of Breakdown preventive & predictive maintenance.
5. An excellent analytical skill to address root causes and WhyWhy Analysis.
6. Understanding of MTTR and MTBF concepts.
7. Awareness about safety systems LOTO and EMSOHSAS requirements.
8. Understanding of Integrated energy management system ISO50001 for ensuring necessary compliances.
9. A good observer & ability to suggest changes for improvement in advance electronics.
10. Ability to train others & coach.
11. Understanding of IOT / Industry 4.0 to maintain and sustain upstream and downstream technical (Electrical and electronics) requirements.
12. Develop a comprehensive automation Strategy & Planning to improve the productivity.
13. Understanding of solar energy & necessary coordination with Solar agencies
