Job Description
Location: Chatham ON
Wage: $25$35/HR
Benefits: company events dental care extended health care onsite parking RRSP match and vision care
Shift: MonFri (8hrs)
Job Duties
We are looking for a candidate who can study blueprints CAD data and engineering schematics to determine programming needs determine machining operations sequence and time required to finish the job efficiently write programs to accomplish various machining operations according to specifications and product dimensions ensure CNC programming is in accordance with production blueprints and quality standards setup and operate various CNC machines provide setup instructions to assist CNC operators using setup sheets monitor machines for signs of problems while ensuring output meets set specifications and adhere to provincial and federal law company ISO Quality Program company policies Safety and Environmental Regulations and other job requirements.

Requirements
- 3 years experience with Cimatron CAD/CAM
- 5 or more years' of experience as a CNC Machinist & Programmer
- Ability to edit existing programs and test new programming
- Thorough understanding of "G" and "M" codes
