IT Business System Analyst

Tasks

Business Analysis:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and map business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of business needs and technical solutions

System Analysis:

• Define system requirements and specifications.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure performance and reliability.
• Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience as an IT Business / System Analyst in the last 5 years
• Highlevel proficiency in the Estonian and English languages
• Familiar with UML language and BPM notation
• Experience in mapping analyzing and documenting requirements
• Software interfacing for data exchange with external IT systems supporting data presentation and performing logical and arithmetic checks including error and warning message issuance
• User interface and query system tailored to various user roles
• Formation validation and processing of electronic messages including error correction and resending
• Storing data from received electronic messages.Experience in securitycritical software development projects

Nice to have:

• Higher education (preferably in the ICT field)
• Experience in RestAPI design and data analysis technologies/platforms (e.g. JavaScript Matomo Kibana) and their integrations
• Experience in preparing technical documentation
• Work experience in securitycritical software development projects
• Ability to work with technical and functional specifications in Estonian and English provided by external parties (e.g. creators of readymade libraries and other readymade components)
• Software interfacing for data exchange with external IT systems and supporting data presentation between systems
• Performing logical and arithmetic checks on presented data and issuing error and warning messages
• User interface and query system based on various user roles
• Experience in business process mapping and/or data analysis and implementing data design based on it
