Tasks

What you can expect

• Evaluation and analysis of performance data across all relevant social media channels
• Databased customer consulting by deriving insights and recommendations
• Development of social media strategies in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Leading a small team of analysts
• Optimisation and automation of data processing and processes
• Visual data preparation and creation of dashboards

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in marketing analytics and/or related areas (social media marketing strategy paid media automation etc.)
• Solid knowledge of social media analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics Sprinklr Meta Business Suite etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of data visualisation and interpretation
• Creativity and innovative spirit along with the ability to think strategically and solutionoriented
• Ability to build trust with clients
• Strong teamwork skills and some initial leadership experience
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Interest in the automotive industry
