Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master with a strong background in managing agile projects and a keen ability to document requirements meticulously. This role involves facilitating the Scrum process ensuring effective collaboration and communication and creating comprehensive documentation to support our development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrum Master Duties:
• Facilitate daily standups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
• Ensure the Scrum process is followed and team members are empowered.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external interferences.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and plan sprints.
• Requirements Documentation:
• Work with stakeholders to gather analyze and document detailed requirements.
• Create user stories use cases and process flow diagrams.
• Maintain and update requirement documents throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all documentation is clear concise and easily understood by both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are met and understood.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in using Scrum and project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cybersecurity or GRC projects.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with UML or other modeling languages.
• Experience in using wireframing tools like Figma or Balsamiq.
