Job Description
Import Shipping Documents
- Prepare data of import manifest & report on excel
- Upload import of E-Manifest to customs system
- Upload manifest on Safina ERP system
- Receive & review BLs from customers
- File import manifest and Docs for each voyage
- Issue delivery orders for import shipments & submit documents required to Nafeza
- Notify clients with Vessels ETA
Customs Documentation
- Create import & export manifests
- Upload export manifest on Safina ERP
- File export manifest and Dos for each voyage
Accountability:
- Data Accuracy
- Up to date Archiving
- Vessel Schedules
Requirements:
- 2 years in a process-oriented role with ERP background
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
- Proficiency in Systems Used (Locus Odyssey, Salesforce)
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Customs Regulations
- Bill of Lading Clauses
- Analysis & Reposting
