Job Summary

The Director of Events oversees all aspects of event planning and execution ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for guests/ This role is responsible for managing the event sales team developing strategies to drive revenue and maintaining client relationships. The Director of Events collaborates with various departments to coordinate logistics implement marketing initiatives and ensure the successful execution of events. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership skills extensive experience in event management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years as Assistant Director of Events in large international class hotel.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Amenable to work at Muntinlupa City.
