System Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• System Analysis and Design
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems processes and workflows.
• Design and propose innovative solutions using Java technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
• Create detailed system design documentation including architecture diagrams data models and flowcharts.
• Software Development and Integration
• Develop and maintain Javabased applications and components.
• Integrate new systems with existing infrastructure to ensure seamless functionality.
• Implement and customize software solutions to meet specific business needs and technical requirements.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Document technical specifications system configurations and deployment procedures. 10. Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders highlighting project progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation for future reference and compliance purposes.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role with a strong background in Java development.
• Must have proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g. Spring Hibernate).
• Strong technical background excellent understanding of OOP concepts and backend application development designs.
• Familiar with software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of working with testing teams and defect tracking tools. (like Redmine).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
