Sr Systems Engineer

Requirements:

- 7+ years in similar technical roles

- B.Sc. in Engineering or relevant field

Duties:

.

Provide technical support, specializing in Security, for customer solutions (Security, Backup, R&S, WLAN)

.

Deliver L1 and L2 after-sales support, both on-site and remotely

.

Lead the planning and execution of customer PoCs, focusing on Security and SD-WAN

.

Prepare for internal technology transfer sessions for Sales and Technical EBU members

.

Align with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project completion

.

Generate regular activity reports for submission to the line manager

.

Participate in sales reviews and account planning sessions with EBU members

.

Conduct technical presentations to clients on diverse technologies

.

Complete necessary technical training and certifications for vendor partnerships

.

Install and configure solutions, documenting design and maintenance procedures
