Summary
Cisco Networking Implementation Support Analyst I will be responsible for test and turn up acceptance of Acuative Implementation work. The Implementation Analyst 1 will provide remote support for Acuative field engineers and contracted resources performing implementation tasks. The Implementation Analyst 1 will utilize applications such as Sharepoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel as a part of their role in the Implementation Department.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
From the office support the field technicians via phone or email on setting up routing and switches
Provision of customer enterprise network equipment
Perform basic troubleshooting to include hardware and operating systems
Update Implementation workflow-tracking tools with accurate and detailed information concerning work performed
Coordinate work streams with multiple field resources
Effectively communicate with peers and management with both written and verbal communications
Monday - Friday days - OT is available if wanted
