Job Title: Rota Coordinator Supported Living
Reports To: Operations Manager Supported Living
Work Base: Dunston Chesterfield
Hours of Work: 30 Hours per week (Monday to Friday flexibility required)
Role Purpose:
As the Rota Coordinator you will manage and operate the electronic rota system for Supported Living services. Your role is crucial in ensuring personalized care and support services are provided to customers by efficiently and effectively allocating resources to balance customer needs with staff rostering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the electronic rota system for Supported Living services.
- Ensure efficient allocation of staff to meet the personalized care and support needs of customers.
- Produce and manipulate information and data to support service delivery.
- Draft clear and accurate documents as required.
- Develop and implement effective data management systems.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and support.

Requirements:
- Qualifications: NVQ 2 in Administration or equivalent.
- IT Proficiency: Extensive experience with IT including Microsoft Office applications electronic rostering systems data manipulation and spreadsheet packages to produce various documents.
- Skills: High level of numeracy and literacy.
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in a varied administrative role.
- Customer Service: Demonstrable track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Communication: Ability to draft concise and accurate written information.
- Data Management: Experience in developing and implementing new data management systems.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritise workload in a pressured environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel as required.
