Job Description
A wonderful Critical Access Hospital an hour south of Des Moines IA is looking for a qualified Nurse Practitioner (FNP or Psych)! Seeking Fulltime permanent. Details are below:
Nurse Practitioner (FNP or Psych) Opportunity:
- Pay Rate: $100000.00 $120000.00 / year!
- $20000 Sign on Bonus! Relocation Assistance if needed!
- Excellent PTO Health Insurance Plan & Retirement!
- Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will be working under clinic hours (M F 8 5 PM.)
- Nurse Practitioner will be working in hospital clinic.
Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Qualifications:
- FNP must be fluent in Spanish.
- FNP required for hospital clinic.
- Call not required but is available.
- Nurse Practitioner (FNP) must be DEA Certified with Controlled Substance for FNP.
- Must be a medicaid provider.
