Job Description
We are in search of a dedicated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our esteemed team.

Responsibilities:
Managing primary carerelated consultations
Prescribing necessary medication and diagnostic tests
Formulating accurate diagnoses based on medical knowledge and patients medical history
Nurturing trust with empathy among your patients
Requirements:
Valid NP license in the state of TX
Nursing Home/LTC experience
Experience in Primary Care
