Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop process jigs and fixtures to optimize production processes.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to identify critical processes and enhance them with semiautomatic or automatic solutions.
- Implement POKAYOKE systems to improve efficiency and reliability in manual processes.
- Identify potential industrial automation partners and develop inhouse machines as needed.
Key Knowledge : Auto CAD Mechanical Fixture Designs PLC Motors Cylinders
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing manufacturing process improvements.
- Proficiency in CAD software for design and analysis.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams.
Key Knowledge : Auto CAD Mechanical Fixture Designs PLC Motors Cylinders
Language : English Hindi Tamil
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with POKAYOKE and lean manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of industrial automation technologies and machine development.
- Ability to manage projects from concept through implementation.
